Low Performances and Unavailability (Résolu)

    We are currently aware of an issue that is causing low performance and unavailability for ALL shared hosting's customers on web1.verinet.ca. We are now performing an investigation to determine the root cause of this incident. More details will be provided shortly.

    Incident has now been resolved. Everything is back to normal.

Emergency Scheduled Maintenance (Résolu)

  • At 13pm on 16/03/2009 we will be performing emergency maintenance on VM2.AERISNETWORK.COM. There is an impending disk failure in the disk array that serves virtual dedicated servers. The disk has not failed yet, but will do so in the near future. The system is designed to automatically rebuild the array, but there is a performance hit associated with that process. For that reason we have chosen to force this process to happen this week.

    We do anticipate unavailability during this time and we estimate the rebuilding process to last roughly two hours. We will update this System Status page with details on further progress as it is made.

    The emergency maintenance has been completed and everything is back to normal. The disk array has been repaired.
